The lady who assisted our check-in (the owner I presume) went above and beyond helpful when the tap to pay machine was malfunctioning. She tried for 20 solid minutes, was understanding about us not having cash

Expedia is so dramatic. I explained and resubmitted my review about 7 times now because apparently I'm not allowed to repeat words that were said to me when I was talking to their staff. Anyway. the point is this place is rock bottom. the staff is gross and and don't know what manners are or how to answer basic questions.

Very awful experience. The way the reception treated me was disrespectful and unprofessional. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
