Worst Greedy Hotel
Worst greedy 5 star hotel, prioritised profit over customers comfort. When we made the booking, it clearly shows that it has air conditioning, however when we checked in, we were told no Air conditioning as it is winter. However, the room was at 24 / 25 C, terrible warm to sleep comfortably and to make things worse they provide thick comforter that is more suitable for 19 / 20 C temperature instead of warm 24 C. Without the Air conditioning function, there is no way to cool down and regular the temperature control in the room. 1st the team lies by saying they have turn on the AC function and asked to wait, after 30 mins, nothing. Then the pretended to do something by sending the maintenance guy to come check the fan, obviously no improvement. Then I asked for Manager, that pretend night Manager has no clue that when the window is opened, the fan function will auto off, clueless guy. After wasting 2 and half hours with them, the pretend night Manager tried to offer us another room saying that the room is cooler and the fan works better. Another lie. When I went to that room, the maintenance guy quickly closed the window. Of course the room will be cooler that instant, but that will only be temporarily. I did not fall for their tricks and refused to switch rooms and waste time as it was already after 10 pm. The pretend night Manager then told me that is the best he can do and left.
Not giving up, I asked them to bypass the window sensor and taped open a small gap on the window
