Very bad abstraction of looking at an oil tanker t
Our day started off with the hotel, giving us the wrong room bottom floor with no view and we couldn’t check in till 6 PM. They stated because the Internet was out. I argued with them that I paid for a room with an ocean view cruise ship view they did not believe me until I showed him the paperwork from hotels.com. Then they put me into a room on the third floor balcony facing the pool and the cruise ships. After we checked into the room, we noticed that the AC was not working. We were extremely hot every night we kept on repeating and going over to them and telling him that our room is too hot and no one did anything about it until the sixth day when they changed my room for one night it was very too hot in the room, daytime and nighttime extremely uncomfortable and every time when I called for service and room service the phone just rang. Nobody answered it. I’ve never stayed in a hotel like this before. And the view that I had was looking at an oil tank or drilling boat for the whole six days I was there and I will send a picture with it no view of the ocean or cruise ships.
