Awful - do not book here
As we arrived 30 minutes after our check-in time, the manager/owner asked us to take a hike and come back in 30 mins as the room was not ready.
After travelling all morning to arrive.
We arrived back at 3:15 and had to show them our booking confirmation for the 3rd time. Once checked in 1 hour after states time we arrived into our "room" to find ants crawling up the doors, beds and floor. There was a Cockerell in the property next door which was very loud and sounded like it was outside the door.
We had booked a double room however on checking in we were taken to a room with two small single beds with an en-suite. There was no other furniture in the room. The room had a damp smell to it and was not in the best condition. We had booked a room with air conditioning however when we tried to turn it on found it did not work.
Within 30 minutes of checking in we had also checked out.
We booked this place as online pictures looked really nice and looked like a nice place to stay. Would not recommend it. Branded as a 2* property on website we booked with however really it deserves 0*. More of a hostel then a holitel.
Place needs rebranding online ASAP!
