Upon arrival was found the key without any issues.
On entering the property there was a distinct smell like wet dog, we don’t have pets. The overall cleanliness of the property was not great.
We checked for the promised parking scratch card but there was none, but were told we could claim back any parking expenses- keep the receipt!
The immersion heater needs to be turned on when entering (would be better if the company could turn it on beforehand) - okay where is it and which switches are required to be turned on, marking them would be best! They are the 2 lower switches in the large cupboard in the living room.
The overall size felt smaller than the photos depicted.
We left after just one night and went home.
We would not be coming here again.
