The staff was fine but it felt a little neglected. One evening both of our electronic room keys would not work. Had to call 5 times over 40 min. to get someone, and this was the late evening. Someone finally came over and the batteries were dead in ghe door lock. They replaced but the screws were stripped or misaligned and pulled 1/4 out from surface when ooening the door. They came agaon the next day and fixed that...took a while. The hair dryer in bathroom didn't work, had to but one at store. Very very small room (square). Bed was tiny and not very thick or soft. There was a gap in main door where rubber strip was rotted out. Lots of nicks and chips in bathroom walls. Hotel puc online doesn't match...a different hotel. The staff was nice but the room was way overpriced for what it was.
