We scored an upgrade which was a bonus and much appreciated. As for the hotel, tram stop not too far, shopping complex next door, pizza’s to die for and the rooms were clean comfy and spacious. I would definitely recommend Mina’s!

Mama Shelter was great. The staff we're very helpful, the rooms were clean and a decent size. The bar was a nice place to unwind after plenty of walking around Prague during the day.
The hotel is well located with easy access to the city on tram or by foot (if you fancy stretching your legs).
