We spent 6 days in Albufeira, the holiday was fantastic, the only downside was this accomodation. We stayed in room no. 505, the hottest of the whole building I believe (and I hope)... The hotel moquette is simply rotting, the bathroom fittings and WC are falling apart, also the doors are incredibly dirty, full of painting drops, probably from a twenty years old re-painting of the walls.
Our breackfast can be described as 'so sad': there was only some bread and obviously not fresh slices of plumcake and a few muffins. An attempt to offer some fruit, apples and oranges also failed, the apple I had the first day was bitter. A girl tried to ask if they had some natural yougurt and the waitress in charge said 'no, we don't' followed by an annoyed look, like she was asking the moon.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
