I’m so upset words cannot express. I tried battling with Expedia about the terrible conditions of the property and being told I would lose the money I had paid. There were no other rooms on the cape available at that short notice for us to move to so we were stuck. Everyday got worse, third day they stopped collecting the towels and garbage and when I walked the garbage to the house keeping room I was told to bring it to the property dumpster. Not my job or what I was paying for. Upon further inspection, I found out they charge a weekly rate for people for what they were charging me a nightly rate yet I was getting no services. The room was filthy full of fleas, and then on the last two nights we realized there were roaches we took photographic documentation of everything, and I am going to be going to a lawyer in the future to proceed because my family deserves their money back. Needless to say, I will not be using Expedia any longer after being a customer for 10+ years and them not having my back or my family‘s back. Horrible service, horrible hotel, horrible experience!

Pourrait être bien mieux.

Logement en appartement duplex pour 5 Que dire. Les appartements sont chouettes car récents et plutôt bien pensés. Mais bon, pour une famille de 5 : deux fourchettes, pas de couverture ni de draps pour le canapé convertible, 3 serviettes. Nous avons réclamé et avons reçu l’appoint. Par contre seulement 4 tabourets pour le bar/table et pas moyen d’en avoir un cinquième. Pour la kitchenette, pas grand chose à dire mais un seul feu c’est un peu léger. L’hôtel semble un peu délaissé. Dommage car il est plutôt bien situé

The only thing this hotel had going for it was its location. The photos shown on Expedia did not live up to what my accommodations were. No housekeeping. When you needed towels you were told at check in to bring your used towels to the front office to receive clean ones. The front desk opened at 9:00 am and even then you had to text them if you needed anything or when you checked out. The place is under construction and by the quality of the work they are doing it themselves. The room I had certainly was not one that was renovated. The grounds had trash and debris everywhere. The room was sparsely furnished and what was in my room must have come from thrift stores. I will not recommend this place to anyone or stay there again.

Good for a cheap stay on the Cape with family!

Positives: Location, friendly staff, clean and large rooms, comfortable (but small) beds, great shower water pressure, bigger refrigerator and microwave, dishwasher, hot plate, kitchen sink and large breakfast bar, A/C worked great! Negatives: Pool under renovations, grounds are dirty, no housekeeping (must change your own garbage and exchange dirty towels for clean ones), uncomfortable seating in living room area

This was the absolute worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were very old and falling apart. There were rat traps in the room. Sheets were torn. Furniture was made of cardboard. Moldings were detached from the wall. The refrigerator was filthy. There was no one in the office and if you arrive after 9, it’s very hard to check in. It felt and looked like a run down section 8 housing complex. Stay far away from this place. Sleeping in your car would be better.

Decent for a short stay

A decent place to stay for a night or 2. The front desk staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, it was very loud at night as the foot steps of others in different rooms kept us up. Additionally, the water pipes could be heard from other rooms any time they showered or flushed/ used the sink. Bed was very squeaky but plenty of pillows were provided and staff made sure I knew I could request extras of what I needed. Location is great, close to many places to eat and shop.

We interacted with two staff members that were nice. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our stay. The property overall is in serious need of a remodel. The landscaping was neglected, and there were bikes, grills, and plastic chairs scattered outside multiple rooms, making the place feel cluttered and unkempt. Our room felt more like a jail cell than a hotel room—completely bare, no decor at all. While the bed was decently comfortable, the sheets and towels were terrible: thin, worn out, and not very clean. There was no coverlet, just an old blanket folded on a shelf that we didn’t even want to use. The bathroom was outdated and not clean; the floor tiles were cracked and needed replacement. The air conditioner was extremely loud, making it hard to sleep. The kitchenette looked like it was mid-renovation, with an old, stained refrigerator (complete with yellowing handles and large rusty locks), and an obvious space where a dishwasher should have been. I also felt like some of the rooms were long term rentals which gave it the feeling of a boarding house than a vacation property. Overall, it was a real disappointment and I don't think Expedia should be listing this property. It doesn't reflect the standards that travelers expect when using a major travel site.

The pictures looked nothing like the place. Was quite appalled at the condition of the outside. Rooms were clean, but smelled of cheap disinfectant. Luckily it was a quick overnight stay. Would not stay again.

Pros: Its a perfect location if you are alone. Our room had a kitchen. Everything is close. Across the street is a diner that closes at 2pm. Mini golf down the road and a water park. Cons: Some people live there so they look at you as if you are entering there home. They very carefully watch what you bring in to your hotel room. Overall: I would travel there alone. The kitchen is helpful

They are still figuring it out!

Pros. The spot is cool if you are traveling alone. Dunks is down the road. Gas station. There's a diner across the street. Restaurants. Mini golf down the road. Plus. The room has a kitchen! Cons. If you are traveling with a family it gets sketchy. People are living there and watch you like you are invading there home. Overall. I'd go back for a solo trip.
