The receptionist lacked customer service skills. Never greeted customers when we arrived nor the day after. Also, We asked the same receptionist if there was a ADA room available or one with a bathtub and she stated there was none available at the time we checked in. However, we checked online and there was one ADA room with a bathtub available. Last, the first room offered (127) smelled like mold and bed sheets were dirty. We asked the receptionist to change our room and with hesitation she did. The second room (209) was clean l smelled clean and was comfortable.
