They did not received the reservation made by Hotels.com: I was lucky they had a free room, and they confirmed price and services as from my mobile screenshot. Room was ready, but roomkeeper left dirty towels on the floor from previous guest. They were removed after my note.
Due to this "manual" reservation, I had problem in the restaurant to get a table (I was not on the list) all the evenings.
Hotel is very nice, receptionist was SO kind and helpful for all my needs. I'm sure all the problems were coming from my missing reservation. Food is lovely, breakfast top level, restaurant ok, maybe more cozy than quality, but I always have high expectations from meals.
Location is unbeatable, very relaxing. Is October: I can't imagine it in summer.. should be just lovely!
