The Cocoon Hotel certainly has its advantages: it's stylish, with a nice design, bright colours (apple green and orange), unusual furniture (felt curtains, for example), clean and quiet. However, the single rooms are really small, so that it is difficult to open a suitcase, other than on the bed, and a few things were disappointing: the TV remote control didn't work when I was there, the electrical plugs are hidden somewhere under the night table (which is also incredibly tiny), the TV channels are almost exclusively German, and the very unusual curtains are not enough to keep the room dark after sunrise. For these smaller details, my overall evaluation cannot be higher.
