Rude disrespectful dishonest
Hotel.com needs to reevaluate the ratings on this hotel because on other sites the truth is being told I am contacting you about my recent stay at your hotel. I purchased a reservation a week ago for 2 nights and 3 days on a third party website hotels.com. When I purchased my reservation it did not show your deluxe kings as pictured only the same rooms that I was first put in originally on the first floor. I would not have booked with this hotel knowing the beds were not up to part and were out of date. This hotel was given an 8.0 in the rating which was misleading because I came across so many things that did not deserve that rating. I asked the front desk to make accommodation to change my room to a better bed that would not cause pain and I was offered the bed across the hall which the clerk said would be the same. I then talk to other guest who said the upper floors had better sleeping but I was not offered those but instead was told I could pay 96.00 to upgrade to the 4 floor to the newly renovated area. Because I couldn’t get my refund back my company did make an attempt but failed I had to stay there and pay the iron and WiFi and phone didn’t work they tried to charge me for a comforter after they had to bring 2 to build up my bed because it was so hard before they moved me to the nicer higher dollar room. That they’re holding to up charge you for the other rooms give porn production while the 4 floor gives Ritz Hotel it’s a shame what’s happening they were rude.
