Bad service from receptionist
The hotel was beautiful. Service was good except for the fact that we asked for check out till 2 and it was from our room we called and the receptionist agreed. Then the next day we got chased out saying it was never agreed. No apology when we told the receptionist Anna she said the manager said it's 1. They should have said that the day before. Really embarrassing

We got the luxury suite and it was beautiful! The only couple things that could improve- the small bathroom smelled weird, the view was of a random bunch of other apartments (luxury suite should have a nice outside view), and the room had some spots that smelled like a cat was there. I loved the pool, the sauna areas, and the room itself.

This hotel is a gem. Five star hotel at three star price. Staff was excellent, supportive and attentive. Breakfast choices were numerous and outstanding. Pool was super and very relaxing with mood lighting. Location was perfect (across the street from old town and a five minute walk to the main square). Access to public transportation was great. Day one we had to moved to another room as the room wasn’t cleaned. The next room was fine as it was midnight we didn’t see any issues until we looked at it in the morning. There was stains on shower towels & Bedding and also someone else’s hair behind one of the pillows. Cleaning is below average for this establishment. Even the cleanness of the cutlery and food was shocking :(
