Liked our one night stay. Lobby and staff are nice. Room is clean… but tiny. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good. The streets behind the hotel are quaint with many cute restaurants.

I liked the continental breakfast however the carpet just out side my door had as sewerage smell and no small towels was in the room, no phone in the room. Was very disappointed with my stay. The staff however at the breakfast area and front desk was accommodating and were very helpful calling me as taxi and directing me on how to make tea.

I especially didnt like the guest relations attitude of Ms. Laura Josic She was very unattentive to my requests. Hotels check out policy is 12:00pm I was an hour late for check out amd she didnt even listen to the reason and just charged me 18Euros for an hour late check out. A job well done Ms. Laura Josic.
