It started off terrible. I had to stand outside with a security guard for about an hour in the cold weather on my bad knee waiting for missing information that I was supposed have received 24 hours before check in time. With the room number and the door entry code, never received it .There’s no check service.I kept trying to contact hotel.com couldn’t get through, the automated system took me into circles, every time I tried. I tried a couple of times. I later contacted the company and the lady there at the company over the motel tried to send me the information , I needed, it took her about four tries. She finally got it though the room # and entry code and it took about three tries before I got all the information I need while standing out in the cold . The lady security guard was a great help . She stood outside in the cold trying to help me figure things out.
