Overall, everything was good during our stay. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I do feel that the rooms could use an update. In particular, the bathroom faucets are in poor condition and look outdated, which really detracts from the overall appearance of the room.

The hotel is situated in lush gardens with a beautiful pool area. The building is lovely and room spacious and well appointed. Room was cleaned to a high standard daily. Very nice property with beautiful gardens and large outdoor swimming pool. Free shuttle to Jema-al-Fna Square. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. The only negative for me was that my room was on the side of the hotel where there was music coming from a nightclub in a neighbouring property late at night. Also they could do with some soft pillows. But I would happily stay there again.
