Nice hotel overall for the price you pay (budget friendly option), but slightly older/worn out. Large facilities and pool area, restaurants were not anything I would recommend but there are options nearby and only 10 min taxi to central Marrakech. We stayed for 2 nights and was out a lot. Concierge was helpful to organize taxi to Agadir, but I tried calling reception to get an iron and never heard back. There also was a nightclub nearby playing very high music into the night, bring earplugs!

The hotel was spotless. Lovely clean pools. Life guards always at hand. Breakfast was in abundance. Always lots to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone and family and friends. The room was hugh. Very spacious. Quite private. Everything worked in our room. Very hot water beatiful pressure. Bath and shower. Was very much nothing to fault about. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly en they are very lovely with kids. It is a kids friendly hotel, they have seats for the little ones at the restaurant. The communication was good, everybody spoke English. The location and hotel is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner was very nice, a lot of choice. We arrived before the in check time and they where so kind to check us in early. I would definitly come back to this hotel when i'm visiting Marrakech again!

The area was isolated so it was good that a shuttle bus was provided to transport to medina. The food wasn't great, although we only ate once at the buffet in the evening but was very expensive particularly for the quality. Air condition could be better. Room temperature was about 23-25 degrees. We couldn’t het temperature lower. Same problem was our friends room. Even The mechanic couldn’t get The room cooler. Anyway we slept fine because room humidity was very low. Pool area is superb! Room pillows are very big and sleeping might be a problem for some people. Room condition could be better.
