Nope.
Check in wasn’t as simple as other hotels in the sense they wanted me and my friend to verify absolutely everything when I simply let them know my friend was arriving late. I got drilled about my address and name and even after I verified my friends name they drilled her too when she got there.
I paid for a late check out the day before we left because my friend and I were competing in a competition and would be sweaty. We were already packed and the plan was to take quick showers before driving home. We tried to get to our room and our keys didn’t work. Mind you we are all the way on the opposite side of the hotel. I’m trying to beat the clock for the extra time I paid for now… I go all the way to the desk and explain the situation and get drilled again.. the girl activates my key, I go alll the way back and it doesn’t work. We call the front desk and they say they will send someone. We are sitting at the door for 10 or 15 minutes before we get an employee’s attention. She’s hesitant to let us in our room because she doesn’t know the situation. Meanwhile, I see the time I paid for just ticking away… we did finally get in and rushed ourselves because I was afraid after all this they might actually try to charge a full day. I got a call from the desk the next day and the woman was nice and told me a manager would be reaching out about what happened. I never received a call or offer for compensation for the time we wasted.. paid time. Will never stay here again.
