The location was really good, very close to the airport and lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Check in process was easy, it's just a code for the door and your room is left unlocked with the key inside. But there are never any staff around, if you need something, you have to send a WhatsApp message to the staff. There are lots of stairs and no lift/ nobody to help with luggage. The building itself is a bit tired and could do with a bit of renovation, especially the stairs which are a bit hazardous! The towels are hand towels, not bath towels, so you can't wrap yourself in them (although this seems to be very common in Korea). The shower worked well and plenty of hot water. The bed was really uncomfortable but I asked for an extra blanket which they did provide so I slept on that on the second night and slept much better. Could do with replacing the mattresses, you can feel the springs through them. Wifi worked well and there was an electric heater and hairdryer. You could borrow a kettle from reception but there were no cups or spoons. The bin area was a bit gross and you have to dispose of rubbish and recycling yourself.
