Property was great, loved our room, very clean. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lady who checked us in was incredibly rude. First i was waiting in line, and i could already tell the gentlemen in front of me was frustrated with her attitude. Then it was my turn, I only asked her if we could check in early so we could park our car and walk to the arch. She rolled her eyes several times at me while her very annoyed tone read off the policies. Which i could barely understand cause she clearly didnt want to be there.
I didnt mind paying a little early, since we got there an hour early. But there was no need to be so rude about it. I work in customer service, and to me theres zero excuse to ever visibly roll your eyes at a customer, let alone several times.
I later went down in hopes she wasnt there, so i could go over all the policies again with a different staff member. Thankfully it was someone else, he was very kind, and very helpful. I thanked him, and the other lady as we checked out the next day.
