When we came there was nobody at front desk. There was a note to say ring the bell which we did for over 20 minutes It took 30 minutes for somebody to come and help us check in. Rooms are very dirty with doors, falling apart spiders cockroaches in your room. Nothing as advertised on the web.

False advertising and when I tried to cancel, got the runaround for DAYS. I am now having to file a fraudulent claim with my credit card because they refused to cancel in person, they told me I needed to sign in to a program I have never used to cancel it online (yeah, didn’t book thru them, so can’t), then after multiple days had them tell me via chat I needed to call in. So they couldn’t help me at the desk, after multiple days of chatting with them online they couldn’t help me, and finally told me I needed to call, what, the front desk that couldn’t help me to begin with? If I was able to give a 0 star, I would.

Awful stay
Restroom and room were ridiculous awful. Not cleaned and not anything like pictures on the website. I demand a full refund. Restroom toilet was broken. Roaches in room cigarette buds on top of air conditioning unit. Then lady at front desk puts a sign no refunds on window. She moved me to another room. And that one was awful also. No happy with this stay.

Do t stay here
Didn’t stay Went to check in and no one was in the office or showed up to check us in. When we called the number they said there was no reservation for us. Entire place was very dirty and rundown

Terrible room
Room was dirty, shower has no door/curtain, saw a cockroach in bathroom, light in bathroom is not working, one of the towels is stained. For the price that I paid, it was a terrible room.

Cigarette burns in bedding. Bed not made. Trash in room. Dirty floor. Door bent, letting light in. Overwhelming smell of bleach. Very low water pressure. No trash can inside. A/c did work. Aminities did work.

Clean but shabby bedding.
I liked the location and price but the value wasnt there. My bedding was torn and had cigarette burn holes. The location is near walmart, chick fil a and a gas station within walking distance. People were living there for weeks. Trash can was full and right outside our door when we arrived. I did like the bananna trees. Those gave it a tropical vibe. Its not far from the water which was convenient for my fisherman. There were a couple of rooms that had ramps for handicap individuals.
Cigarette burn in the clean sheets.
Door was all scratched inside of the restroom.

They didn't clean out shower. Floors were dirty. Brd was more like a cot. You could only hear TV not see picture. No wonder it was non-refundable!

Bullet holes in the door of room #137
I’m never one to complain or leave any comments on my stays, BUT this particular motel was probably the worst case of pictures not matching the rooms. Check-in was okay. The guy at the front desk was cool. The moment I walked into the room, I noticed (from the outside) the door all banged up and looked to have been kicked in. As i got closer, what appeared to be a bullet hole was confirmed from looking on the opposite side of the door. The door itself didn’t close all the way, the lock still didn’t keep it secured. Went to the front to ask for a different room and the guy said they were sold out. Then magically a new room appeared. 2nd room was worse. AC didn’t work and there was graffiti all over the walls and mirrors. Went to the front to cancel our stay and there was another couple doing the exact thing. We started comparing room descriptions. They had tried 2 rooms as well, so thats 4 rooms total. Their bathroom windows were boarded up, dirty beds and pillows, fridge was moldy and rusty. If you’re just trying to say a couple of bucks, I would NOT recommend or even if you have kids. This place is one crack head short of a trap house type motel. Apparently that’s all who works there as maintenance and housekeeping. Please DO NOT stay here.

We had to get another hotel at 12am it was too nasty to stay in. Pillows had what looked like mold growing on them. Sheets and bed had burn holes in them and lots of stains. Bugs were visible in the room. Floor had visible dirt, dead bugs and cigarette butts. I’ve stayed at hostels better. Absolutely unacceptable.

Service is very excellent. Rooms and parking are so clean. Very good maintain property. Staff also kindly helpful. Bathroom is nice and clean. Definitely recommend place.Rooms size is also good.

They cancelled my reservation without any notice. Claimed this had to do with payment and to take it up with Expedia. Their only answer for any of my questions were to contact Expedia. Property should be removed from site

Nice and clean room. Parking also clean and easy to park front of rooms. Service is excellent. Staff also cool and helpful. Very quiet , safe and walkable place.

The property is not maintained very well. Did not think the door was very secure. The bed had sand in the sheets. AC unit sounded very loud and kept kicking on and off and making stange sounds like it was about ready to quit. Would not stay here again
