Awful. I learned a valuable lesson. Never stay at a place without 24/8 front desk. I went to my car about 8 am, came back to my room and the key card wouldn’t work. I go to the lobby, to have it reprogrammed, they are CLOSED UNTIL 10 AM! So use the phone to call their 24/7 line posted by the side entrance. Wait on hold over 22 minutes before an employee, living at the hotel, informed me “Good luck, they won’t answer the phone either” never again.
