Hotel is located in a good central position to the city, museum, restaurants and bars, I usually book a room in the front part of the hotel on Oriental parade with a harbour view, this time i booked a premium King room harbour view, It was nowhere as nice as the rooms i usually book as said at the front of the hotel, View was blocked by the building in front and the room dated, the bed was very comfortable and clean, the room also had a big screen TV which was great, The sound proofing didn't block out the noise from the inconsiderate people next door early morning and late at night talking loudly, banging doors and making as much noise as possible, the bar area is pretty good to relax and have a drink, we didn't eat at the restaurant this time as the menu didn't suit us, previously the food has been excellent, I would only book rooms in the front part of the hotel in future, bar and reception staff on the 7th floor were all very nice and helpfull..

Great location. Easy to get in and out. Super close to New World and city centre for food. Restaurant on site was over priced and the tap beer wasn't great. TV channels had major interference with weather so couldn't watch TV. Bit disappointing. Shower must be set on a temp as I had it as hot as it would go and it wasn't hot enough. All in all, great stay.
