Great Service, Disappointing Room
My recent stay had both high and low points. I was immediately impressed by the hotel staff, who were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The lobby was also immaculate, creating a welcoming first impression.
Unfortunately, the room itself was a letdown. There was a very strong mildew odor and a damp feeling, which was far from pleasant. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room, never getting below 76°, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. To top it off, the beds were uncomfortably firm.
Overall, while the service and cleanliness of the public areas were commendable, the condition of the room significantly detracted from the experience and resulted in me leaving a day early because I could not stand to be in the room. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to ensure a more consistent experience for future guests.
