My husband and I have stayed many times at The Landing and it has always been pleasant, however this time was not the case. When my daughter and I arrived to the hotel at 2:00 pm to see if we could check in early, we waited for over 15 minutes and finally a women who works there stopped and was extremely rude, instead of kindly telling us we would need to come back after 3pm, she acted as if we were bothering her and was very rude and told
Us to come back. Then when we checked into our room there was a chemical
Smell in our bathroom which got worse when we would turn on the water, I went to the front to ask about it and the young girl working there said “I don’t know why it’s like that” I asked her to come smell it and when she walked in you could tell she had no clue what it was, just made some excuse about it maybe being the water and that was it, no solutions offered or even an apology. We couldn’t even shower or use the bathroom sink water because the smell was so bad. It was ridiculous and we won’t be staying there again.
