Walked in the door and it smelled like a dispensary where they let you sample the product. Breakfast room is not open. Hotel is newly remodeled. room was perfect except for one thing-it was infested with roaches. Just don't turn on the lights at night, you'll never know!

I an on a motorcycle trip across the US. I have stayed at several Super 8 hotels along the way. This is by far the worst hotel i have stayed at. The A/C did not work. The toilet did not flush. 1/2 the lights in the room did not work. They said the fee included breakfast but no breakfast was provided, not even coffee. .

Front desk woman had zero ambition to check me in…when walking in and presenting my name and ID for the reservation with no hesitation told me that I had no reservations ,without looking at her computer monitor nor my face. Until I pulled out the email and app confirmation she would start checking for my reservation. Plain out unhelpful and rude. Wouldn’t recommend staying at this location…even for free

Myself and three of my cousins decide to book this hotel just to stay the night in after the R&B tour concert Chris Brown and Usher……. Check in at three left at five to go to the concert. Go back to the room about 1 AM. We’re getting ready for bed and see roaches crawling over the dressers. We packed up half of our things and left and got right on the freeway to drive back home six hours away…… hotel said they cannot accommodate us with a full refund, not even a partial refund.
