We booked the family room. It has a king bed and a bunk bed which was fun for out kids. The themed room was spacious and they even have toys and a mini tent set up in the middle of the room. If you have kids, the property has a slide in the pool, a kids club, and everything looks nice. Great location, our room even had a sea view. If you get building 6 like us, there’s a long and complicated walk from the lobby, but it’s totally worth it.

The room was amazing the staff is incredible. We are amazed how they are so humble and welcoming. We decided to extend for one more night. The room smelled humid but that is because of the type of climate where is located, once you leave the AC on is all good. Of course for us westerners there’s little things that we are not accustomed but that’s part of this amazing experience. Be kind and have an open mind and you’ll have an amazing time !!!
