Check-in had a queue of approximately 15 other parties; the staff moved as quickly as they could through the queue, but it was still longer than I experience at the hotels I frequent. In order to get your parking pass, they send you over to a sales person who gives the tired, old timeshare pitch, "for 1h of your time, we'll give you...". Even when I told them immediately I wasn't interested and just wanted my parking pass, she kept pushing... not cool. I'd already received three calls in the week leading up to my stay, and knew a timeshare was an option. Not a fan of sales pitches; after a long day, just get me my key, so I can get a shower and start relaxing.
Facility was clean, but aged, and some areas showed this badly (the bathrooms had stained sinks from water deposits). Overall, not an issue for utility, but not an upscale/resort feel either.
Overall rating 3.3/5; improve check-in, skip the sales pitch, and modernize a few of the high-touch parts of the facility.
