Didn't even get what we paid for
Staff was scarce. The pool was not open due to a filter issue, which should have been communicated to us when we were booking. The room was not cleaned in between nights. And there was a drawer full of food in our room that wasn't ours. Not a great experience.

Roaches
Beware! There was a roach crawling in the bin with the muffins at breakfast! There was no refund for needing to eat breakfast elsehwere. But who wants to food that had roaches crawling on it?!

Okay so the jacuzzi tub was left open on the sides so you can see the piping and there was mold growing on the filter as well as what looked like dirt around the tub but appeared to be paint spray from the walls upon closer inspection. Stingy w the number of towels to the room, the heater took about twenty minutes to generate hot air, blasting more cold into the room in the meantime. The attendant was friendly but unable to be found when I went to the desk a few minutes after checking in. The blankets had stains and the trash can in the bathroom looked like it had a blood stain. The chair arm is shaky at the desk. I’m really not sure what the attendant could have done about these problems even if I had found him. It could have been a nice room but fell short in many ways. Pretty tired from a seven hour ride so we will have to stay but we are not satisfied with the quality here. Do better.

The only employee I ever saw was the one who checked us in at night, it took him 10 minutes to do it, and the next morning? No one. Someone's phone was stolen and no one was there to do anything about it.

We arrived shortly after 3:30pm. The entire reason we booked this particular hotel was because of the pool. Well, the pool was closed "temporarily". We were told by another guest that's been there a while that it's been closed for months. There was nothing on their website or anything stating such. We never would have stayed there had we known. I have an 8 year old autistic daughter who we try to keep entertained. The pool being closed caused for a super hard trip. Another thing, there was never any staff at the front desk or really anywhere except in the afternoons when it would be check in until about 10pm. The first morning we went for breakfast, the toaster caught on fire while I was trying to make a bagel. Luckily my boyfriend was able to get it out quickly. There was no one in sight to tell! They had eggs and sausage patties in a warmer that had definitely been there all morning. The second morning when we went down for breakfast, the food was like it was left from the day before. It was disgusting. Even the apples were gross. Mushy inside. We had to go around to find someone because we ran out of toilet paper in our room. Not once did anyone check to see if we needed anything. The only thing going for this place was the cleanliness on the outside. Needless to say, we wont be staying here again!

My first impression was "this is a nice hotel!". We arrived too early for check in but to let the desk clerk know that 6 of us had arrived. We knew we couldn't check in, but we requested our rooms be on the same floor. We all made our reservations online and booked a king size bed. He checked with someone who gave him three room numbers on the 3rd floor. When we returned later that evening, two couples had king rooms on the 3rd floor and my husband and I were on the 2nd floor in a room with a queen bed. The other two couples spoke of their showers having glass doors - ours was a handicap shower with a curtain. Upon checkout, I told the desk clerk that I was disappointed in my room and it wasn't what I paid for. He apologized and said there was a large event in town and most rooms were booked. He said he would make an adjustment but that it would take 2-3 business days. It has now been one full week and nothing. We are all planning to return to that area in the spring and may well stay at this hotel again. I hope it will be a better experience.

horrible… absolutely disgusting
Truly if I could give a 0 I would…. The rooms were horrible. All blankets covered in MULTIPLE urin and blood stains and they refused to give new linen… also the lock on the doors were broken. Had to have reception let us in the room anytime we left. The AC didn’t work in a room that was over 80 degrees… no urgency to find any solution.. had to leave before the stay was done…

I booked a room at this hotel 2 weeks before my stay. I received a call from them the evening i was staying there and could not understand the person on the voice mail they left. My family and i were at hershey park for the day and when i could, i called them back. The man said that they overbooked and he did not have a room available. He offered me a room without a key which was fine because someone would be in the room the whole time if we needed to step out. I said to hold the room and we would be checking un around 11 or 1130pm. When we arrived, he said he had no rooms and we could book at a place 15 more minutes down the road. We were exhausted and now very very upset about the whole situation. We drove home that night until 230am. The hotel did not honor our reservation and caused a great day to end on a very disappointing note. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever.

Rooms were clean but there were some issues. Our key card didn't work and when we told the front desk they said some rooms were having problems and they would have to let us in with the master key every time we needed in. They had no extra rooms to move to and at check out nobody was at the front desk to help us if we needed back in our rooms. We were not given any discount for this inconvenience. Breakfast was not restocked and they was nobody to ask to stock it.

Ladies if traveling alone be aware
I was taken by surprise at 2am when someone tried to enter my room. I approached the front desk and he stated it was an accident. Lady’s please be careful if you are traveling alone. The breakfast was not diabetic friendly for those with diabetes. Not much choice as well. The room was cleaned.
