The staff was horrible aggressive and very hostile not supportive at all and even called the authorities on me. As a friendly customer the experience left me feeling awful and will never reserve or book with Howard Johnson ever and will recommend anyone to reconsider a stay with them.. I highly suggest they train staff to improve the service and transaction to customer satisfaction

The lady working the front desk was rude. Will never stay here again. Needs a serious update or just demolished.

Stayed here a few years ago seems to have gone downhill since then dead insects in the bathtub and door lock acted funny. Only stayed one night so we just made do.

Linens and towels all stained, no daily maid service, coffee burnt in office, floors and baseboards dirty, cigarette butts every where outside!
Pictures online where very misleading and the accommodations did not come up to what we thought were Wyndham standards.

The room was O.K. Glad we brought our own quilts. It was very cold & there were only thin covers on the bed, but the heater did work good. I don't like the $75.00 deposit on the room! They said it would be refunded in about 10 days. Nothing fancy, no blow dryer. If we get our deposit back I guess it was worth the money. Good location.

No heated pool and no breakfast. Ad is a lie, also $75 hold versus the usual $50 and they take a week to release it. I’ve stayed in dirtier but this place is bait and switch at it’s worst

Has bugs, smells like cigarettes, staff is really rude and they refuse to give you a receipt for your deposit being returned so I'd assume I won't get that back.

This used to be a good hotel to stay in but it is run down now. It’s says on website they have free breakfast and they only had granola bars and coffee. They used to have a good breakfast. It is usually our go to hotel but we will not longer be staying there. The staff was nice. The water in the sink would not turn hot. We had a coffee maker in the room with no coffee and cups.
