Beautiful view. Not much else.
So nice place in theory. Right on the beach. Balcony in every room overlooking the beautiful ocean. That is where the niceness of this place ends. I was there for a full week so I had plenty of time to see the internal operation and how this place runs. First I have to say that the front staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. I had originally rented one room because it was just supposed to be my daughters and I however my sister decided to come with her son so when I got to the hotel I rented another room and although they do not have conjoining rooms I was able to get the room next door to the original one which was nice for everyone. Don't have much space so as follows...

Free parking
The Bad:
No breakfast offered
No room service (request only) does not clean. Only towels and garbage
Had to sweep own room too much sand from beach
Had to take own garbage down to front desk. Get garage bags.
Broken down, stagnant, black indoor pool.
Claims it is under construction but doubtful because the water is not drained out. Just sitting neglected. Please drain pool!
No laundry service
Pay for wash and dry. Pay for soap + FS.
Very uncomfortable beds. Had to buy mattress toppers to avoid severe back pain.
Restaurant closed down a day after I arrived. Food was not good.
Soap dispenser old and empty. Did not use
Need to replace water filter on water refill station
$3 bottle of water!
