This is a 3 star hotell the room was accordingly. fresh but old , very good aircondintion very hard beds. the staff was friednly adn helpful. breakfast was good.

Decent hotel. Amenities within the room could be slightly better.
Food was amazing and the chef shraf ud din even cooked delicious Indian food for us for all the nights we were there. Breakfast buffet was pretty generous and had good vegetarian options too.
Lucile helped us with a smooth check-in and was a great help overall. Mr. Bilal was extremely helpful in guiding us about the Island and helped avoid any tourist traps. He definitely helped make our stay 10 times better being super attentive to what we requested and also helping any way he could.

Hotel très bien situé en bord de plage. Le personnel est tres sympathique et à votre écoute.Un grand Merci à Lucille pour son accueil et à Bilal pour tous ces conseils et bons plans pour découvrir les seychelles et notament Praslin.
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. L'île peut se découvrir en bus avec des arrêt tout autour de l'hôtel.
Il y a également des petites superettes et des restaurants locaux tout autour.

Bra läge.
Sängen kunde varit bättre, kände fjädrarna i madrassen.
Poolen kändes inte så fräsch men det fanns solstolar att låna på stranden.
Stingrockor i vattnet så man var tvungen att vara försiktig, men helt ok strand att bada vid.
Wifi fungerade till och från och inte med någon vidare hastighet.

Nous avons passé 10 nuits dans une chambre Deluxe (120) vue sur la piscine centrale. Chambre spacieuse, décoration agréable et propre. Super accueil tout au long du séjour. La plage est à 2min, bons restaurants à proximité, club de plongée Octopus au top juste à côté. Le petit déjeuner est varié, un cuisinier prépare devant vous omelettes, pan cakes…

L’accueil et tout le personnel sont vraiment charmants et à notre écoute .
L’hôtel est super bien situé directement sur la plage anse Volbert .
Par contre , ne surtout pas prendre une chambre standard mais pour 20 ou 25€ de plus , une chambre deluxe ! Ça change tout !
Dans la chambre deluxe , il y a le wifi .. il ne manque qu’une fenêtre ! Je me sentais en prison sans pouvoir ouvrir de fenêtre .
L’hôtel est vieux et a besoin de rafraîchissement.

Berjaya är ett lite nedgånget o slitet hotell. Allt fungerar men det ger inte känslan att hit vill vi återkomma. Läget är bra, nära stranden, ett flertal bra restauranger inom ca 5 min promenad. WiFi fungerar hjälpligt vid receptionen o poolen men inte alls i rummen.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen,man hätte Jetzt Zeit gehabt die Anlage und die Zimmer etwas zu renovieren,war leider nicht der Fall,Duschwasser Morgens kalt, abends gelegentlich warm, Wohl durch die Sonne, Essen war immer Gut und reichlich, Bett hart und unbequem,wie gesagt Mobiliar alt und abgenutzt

Auf Praslin habe ich im Berjaya Praslin Resort für 15 Nächte im Deluxezimmer 201 gewohnt. Kein Luxusresort, aber am traumhaften Cote d Or Beach und Preis-Leistung stimmen für mich total.
Bestes Frühstück im fernen Ausland was ich je hatte! Es gibt so gut wie alles! Sämtliche Eierspeisen, Bacon, Würstchen, Waffeln, Pancakes, Croissants, Toast, Früchte, Käse, Joghurt und vieles mehr.
Ein super hilfsbereiter Manager, tolles Team und enorm guter Service gerade zu dieser jetzigen Pandemie Zeit.
Ich hatte nur Frühstück gebucht, ein leckeres Essen zum Abend kostet momentan dank Kurs zwischen 7-10€ (180-250 Rupees)
Wir waren im Januar 2021 wegen COVID-19 zum Schluss nur 10 Gäste und fühlten uns sehr familiär aufgenommen und wunderbar betreut.
Bei Problemen und während der sechstägigen Quarantäne wurde jegliche Hilfe angeboten. Als es mir ein paar Tage nicht gut ging, hatten sich sämtliches Personal vom Kellner, Koch, Security und Manager rührend um mich gekümmert und immer wieder nach meinem Wohlergehen erkundigt.
Danke vielmals!
Ich empfehle dieses Hotel definitiv weiter und komme selbst auch gern irgendwann wieder.

Hospitality was on a level you dont often get. The kind manager arranged a room for me at 1am due to another property falling through. He went the extra mile to help. The staff were also polite and pleasant. Proximity to a beautiful beavh also helped.

nice hotel but lacking a bit
the hotel was ok, location was good as for what i saw it is the busiest it can be around this hotel, it has a restaurant right on teh beach but just a shame they dont have good sun beds as they have at the hotel pool and no real shade unless you want to burn, the hotel is not far from cafe des arts which is a great place to go for food or drinks, its a shame the pool water didnt look as clean and they dont have wifi at the beach restaurant, anyhow wifi was very poor, in la digue i got 100mb speed but here it is less than 1mb speed for wifi which is very poor so nothing was loading for me

Мы были в прошлом году в Бержая Маэ , этот отель намного проще, из-за пандемии народу Очень мало, увеселительных мероприятий не проводится , скучно, могли бы предупредить...
Отель рядом с берегом, пляж понравился, рядом магазинчики, рестораны, но у нас был полупансион ужинали в ресторане отеля, выбор не большой, но голодным не останешься...
Рядом дайвинг клуб , есть чем заняться.

Covid-19 suojautuminen toimi hotellilla hyvin. Käsien desinfiointi, hengitysmaskien käyttö ja suojaetäisyydet oli otettu tehokkaasti käyttöön. Kehon lämpötila mitattiin aamiaisella ja muiden ruokailujen yhteydessä. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Uimaranta oli hyvin loiva ja sopii lapsiperheille. Huone oli siisti. Wifi ei ollut nopeimmasta päästä.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber sehr sauber. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wurde serviert aber es gab alles was man sich nur vorstellen kann (Kuchen, Croissant, Toast, Knoblauchbrot, Palatschinken, Waffel, Honig, Marmeldade, Schinken, Käse, Obst, Fruchtsaft, alle Arten von Eiergerichten,....). Der Strand ist traumhaft mit puderweichen, weißen Sand.

Very Close to the beach Anse volbert. Personal was helpful. No kitchen available in rooms, but you can ask the corporated restaurant in the next house for plates etc. the location of the hotel is nice. The wifi is slow but it works. Videostreaming is hardly possible. But else wifi works. The garden view is nice. The breakfast includes omolett, coffee, tea, fruits, juice, breads, jams and honey.
