Facility and staff were helpful and you’re able to drop off your luggage early, and store it there your last day.
Amenities and stay were totally fine. It does feel a bit crowded in the evening and morning when everyone is trying to get ready. Waiting for the elevator can try your patience - since there’s only 1 for ~9floors. But that’s the people, and not the location.
It is a capsule hotel, so mornings can be abruptly awoken if your neighbor doesn’t wake up from their alarm. Everyone else can hear it. Again- the people, not the location’s issue. I’ve never had an issue before with other people’s alarms waking me up at other capsule/hostle.
It’s a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station. So if you have luggage, it’s inconvenient. There are plenty of taxi if you don’t want to deal with walking. Even the metro was about an 8min walk.
It is in a bar area, but was totally safe.
