The receptionist was not helpful at all. Even though I paid for the room in advance, a security deposit of $100 was blocked on my card. This was never noticed to me. Also, the hotel charges $20 per day for your car from its guests. This was not told to me either. I am a customer, the hotel parking lot is not a private area, this fee was blocked on my credit card. It was not because of my money problem, but because the credit card did not go through. The employee did not offer me options such as pay later or pay in advance. A hotel that only focuses on money... The breakfast was terrible, a lot of people rushing into a small room at the same time, you have to wait in line. Between 6:30-9:30 am. I am tired, I have to wake up for breakfast, otherwise I will not be able to eat this amazing breakfast :)) Their aim is not to serve breakfast. Also, the heating system in the room is very noisy. It works every 5-10 minutes. You wake up from sleep. I waked up 15 times maybe in the night. You have built a hotel, you should have used a central heating system. The elevator is insufficient, a single elevator for a big hotel is ridiculous. I will not stay here again, let alone even go near it, I would not recommend it to anyone.
