First stay experience was horrible! Toilet seat was dirty, a/c had a leak. Instead of them coming to clean up the water on the floor they gave me towels to put under the unit. TV didn’t work, curtains had burnt holes in them. I will never stay at this property again

I was told I had booked in hooker town ( by a local) and my 17 yer old was a bit disappointed that he didn't see any corner floosies. The property was clean, rooms clean, front desk was great however No one told me that I needed to ask for hair dryers, irons, or that the in room phone did not work. T.v wouldn't turn off unless unplugged, lol. breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, toast. Cereal. Yogurt. Would of liked to see fruit, over all a good stay. But don't book if your looking for hookers.

I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned! I checked out Thursday and its only Monday so I will give them until tomorrow before I call. The staff wasn't always at the counter and breakfast wasn't always available but the room was clean.

We didn’t like anything about it . We had to check out early room was so nasty . There was urine in blood stains. On sheets. We didn’t get any sleep had to sit up on couch all night. Had to convert to one room . Checked out early that morning couldn’t stay another night

They lie about the amenities there is no continental breakfast offered when we walked down for breakfast we were told that it was over yet we seen all the staff sitting down eating breakfast. There was no hot water in the room had to take showers in lukewarm close to cold water housekeeping never brought up any clean towels, guest Wifi was not available, AC unit started leaking water heavily;(

Sin duda no volvemos !!! Nunca limpiaron la habitación No toallas , No rollo de papel , olía súper mal , desayuno horrible , el elevador parecía que se iba a caer . Las tarjetas para entrar se desactivaban a cada rato tuvimos que comprar rollo de papel por qué no había . No volvemos !!!

Me and my girflield teaveld 5 hours to stay at this hotel. WE had it booked for 3 months before . I checked with them the morning we left to make sure wveryrhing was ok . And it was all good. Only after we got there to check in did they go. .... ohhh yehhh so there was a issue with your room so we canceled it but dont worry we redunded your money ..... so we go okay dont really care about that do you have another room for us or a differnt room at a hotel further away .... and they go nope sorry youll have to figure it out BUT we refunded your money SOOO next and yeah do not recomed

The entire building stinks like mold and dollar store air fresheners. We saw unspeakable things behind the building from our window. The area is extremely unsafe. I left after less than an hour in the room because the smell was so strong it triggered a migraine. The hotel refused to refund any portion of the 2 night stay even though I was there for less than an hour. The hotel also completely ignored Expedia customer support who called/emailed/filed complaints.
