First of all if you don’t speak french, forget to be understood by anyone of the staff (except the manager Sofia, who tried to assist us).
Breakfast is a nightmare: there is no buffet (as written in some other comments here on expedia), you have to wait up to 45’ to be asked what do you wanna have and then other 20’ to receive the food; at the moment you get food/drinks, you already reach the breakfast closing time so you cannot ordere even another coffee later; so if you hare hungry/thirsty in the morning, you have to wake up 1 hour earlier in order to complete a full breakfast; the selection of food is not various, typical moroccan pastries (the same choice every day - we spent there 12 days).
service around the pool is again lacking; to move the Sunbeds or get a bottle of water (extremely expensive) you have to enter the main building and look for someone by yourself.
Gym was absolutely not cleaned, so if you’re performing your abs laying down on the floor you can breathe lots of dust instead of fresh air.
Spa had only one person (not speaking a word of english at all) who was making massages and in the same time going back to the reception if a guest arrives. Room service stopped at 11:30 pm and was not 24-hours a day, as expected by a 5 stars hotel.
Location is really beautiful, with a peaceful garden where the only noise are birds.
Meanwhile, the rooms/buildings need absolutely a refurbishment.
Our global overview after 12 days is not good and we won’t come back.
