NOT RECOMMENDED When I first arrived there was maybe 2 parking spots in the whole lot. I took that as a good sign, photo's didn't lie, I was wrong. They were all there for the restaurant. I'm guessing it's what keeps this place running. When I went into the hotel office to check in, I had to ring the bell for service, no big deal she was right out. Check went smoothly, I told her I reserved on Hotels.com, gave her my name, she took ID and CC like normal. I asked if there would be a hot breakfast in the morning and what time, she said yes. She said my room was ready and said that she had cracked the windows to let in some fresh air for me. It was raining and maybe 50°, but whatever. I go check out the room, I can clearly see trash left on the carpet from previous renter. At this point it's eight o'clock at night. I'm beyond tired and just want a shower. I figured I'd say something in the morning, so I took a few pictures. I take my shower and realize that whoever has been cleaning the bathroom has only been spot cleaning and again took a couple of pictures. I know understand why people would give a review just saying a comfy bed. It's probably the only thing that kept me there, that and pure exhaustion. I had been on the road for over 12 hours and still not reached Portland. One last thing about the room. I hope you like trains, one runs all night. Now about breakfast, I was expecting a hot breakfast. What she served was a stale continental breakfast, with nasty coffee.

Worst place I have ever stayed for 159,00 a night ,filthy carpets and stairs a light in hallway so dirty I was shocked and a stair rail ready to fall off.Bedroom was dirty with stains on a chair it was gross and the carpet so dirty made my white socks dirty.the air conditioner had so much dirt and dust we did not put on because of my allergies and opened the windows and the pillows and sheets were not clean.bathroom was old with rusty vent and rusty shower rail and the shower head was dirty needless to say we did not use.Breakfast was awful and for the price we paid I would expect better.The place made me feel unsafe as door to back of hotel wasn't locked and anyone could get in back of hotel. The pictures lie it maybe looked like those pictures in the 70s but now ugh,don't waste your hard earned money there is better down the road.if days inn owns this place shame on them and if franchise owns this place it should be shut down

It was perfect location for our needs and what was expected for the price. The bed had no support, pillows were feather or feather alternative (I requested no feather bedding. My husband's allergies are so bad he reacts to the hypoallergenic feather alternatives even). The furniture had burn holes and stains and carpet and wallpaper also were ripped. Location was 40 min away from our trip reason and there was a wonderful Mexican restaurant in the complex. I would definitely return to the restaurant but not the hotel.

This was a very last minute booking, as snow kept me from getting home and I needed to make arrangements to stay overnight somewhere, but figured this was a brand I recognized and could work with. The girl at the desk was on the phone when I arrived as well as the next morning, and seemed bothered to help me and annoyed by my questions, such as if there were anywhere I could fill my water bottle. She informed me there was no water anywhere on the facility other than that available for purchase. She would also not match the online price, so she instead watched as I went through the whole process of an online booking, rather than just helping me in person since I was already there. The room was enormous which was great, and even had a couch and felt almost suite sized, however there were cigarette burns and stains to the couch, hairs on the bed, and a flat sheet laid over the bed rather than a fitted sheet. I figured I would at least enjoy breakfast, but was unimpressed by the plain slices of bread, incorrectly labeled cereal that looked like it had been there quite some time, and half of a single bagel....and still no water. :(

I cancelled my reservation on time via their front desk and told them I might rebook. I called them back and told them 2 more times that no I would not make it. That's three calls all early in the day because they said cancellations had to be called in by 4pm. all three of my calls were early. They charged me for my stay anyway. I disputed this with them and hotels.com and they refunded me 1 day so they charged me for 3 nights when I had clearly cancelled. This is nothing short of robbery. Do not stay here and avoid this place at all costs. They just lost potentially thousands of dollars a year from me as I go to this location often. Its not that nice of a place anyway, its 70's decore and serious no frills hotel. I did my part and called to cancel in time and they robbed me.

The amount of money I paid the breakfast was so bad the same bread was there all week hard like a rock the juice was old and coffee well it was water the place was dirty but at least the bed was comfortable but I wouldn’t stay there again
