Great views, free breakfast, thin walls
Wow, the views from your windows here are amazing. Directly out to the sea and from some heights, it's a really amazing place for a hotel. It's a brilliant place to park in front of your window and just watch the ocean. It's rare to find a hotel I actually want to stay inside of. Love the gas fireplace, very nice touch. Free breakfast is nice as well. Parking is easy. Maintenance staff is cool. Dog relief areas are convenient. Hot tub and a sauna, awesome.
Downsides - Rooms are small. I don't want to pay 150 - 180 (or i see on other weekend days its 200+) when I can hear the neighbors TV through the walls. I can only imagine what it would be like if you had partiers next to you. Or a screaming child (oh wait we had that and it was like the kid is in your room). 25 dollars a day per dog is expensive compared to most places that charge a one time fee. There is no way my small dog is doing more damage than the kids running around.
