Absolutely never again! False advertising

Check in was a nightmare, the facility had the wrong rooms with wrong beds, understaffed, walked in to reception while entry way smell of marijuana, they didn’t know the system, got the room Wrong gave me a single queen instead of double, mild all on the bathroom ceiling (#107), room 209 wasn’t any better. Appliances making loud obnoxious sounds all night and smelled throughout the whole motel. Never again. I want a refund.

Do not get room 209 or room 107

I visited here with family, I got one room for my self and family for their room. Front desk messed up booking twice…. The room key they gave me was 209 which was meant for my family the room 209 was ok but the bathroom had mold all over the ceiling it was gross And Room 107 I slept in my room for myself was disgusting there was crumbs EVERYWHERE THE wall closes to the bed has sooo many mystery stains/smudges. I have 4 family members has witness for these two rooms NEVER AGAIN WILL BE BOOK OR STATING at this place. I’m a property manager and this was a horrible kept room and property. If OYO is posting nice pictures of the place they should try to make sure it looks its best and not like a total dump where nothing was clean and people check out and check in without rooms being cleaned.

Not worth it.

Based on the photos when I booked I knew it wouldn’t be the fanciest place I’ve stayed at but it looked clean and adequate. We got there 5 minutes before check in. There was no one in the lobby, just a number to call for service. When the guy showed up he said our room wasn’t clean yet and to come back in an hour. We walked back out to our car ready to book a different place and suddenly the guy was at our car saying our room was ready. The room… has seen better days. There were clusters of dog hair and kibble on the floors and for some reason the security locks are gone from the room doors which made us uncomfortable. I suspect the place has several long term residents as we saw people going to the desk to collect their mail.

My toilet didn’t work, everything is super dirty paint is peeling electric randomly turns off for 10 seconds then comes back on the bathroom had mold above shower. Wouldn’t be mad if it was a 50$ night hotel

First time not reading reviews before booking a room and I instantly regretted it. I’m not sure how this place can even be considered a hotel, to other reviews are accurate. We didn’t even bother to go into our room and just drive home instead, luckily I only paid $70. I would recommend spending the extra $20 and stay at the motel 6 down the road!

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at for the following reasons: 1. Exterior door key pad and door latch broken so anyone can enter the hotel 2. Smelt like a bar with liquor and cigarettes 3. Exposed electrical wires in outlets 4. Massively stained carpet with urine in the halls 5. Visible black mold in the bathroom 6. Rusted tissue box with no tissue 7. Toilet would not flush 8. Baseboards around the entire room are filthy 9. No option to use the TV, microwave and fridge due to limited outlet. Had to pull the cabinet out to plug in TV. There was old food and filth under it 10. Sheetrock was pulled off the walls including patches of paint on all walls 11. Safety locks on the room door had been removed allowing for no double locks which was a concern as anyone could enter the hall with the exterior door latch broken(#1 above) 12. The curtains did not fully cover the window 13. There was lots garbage outside of the hotel

Grave safety concerns

My room/ front door had an electronic control lock so I was given a code to get in; however, the next morning I checked out around 10:00 AM; before I departed, I checked my door making certain that the room was locked preventing unauthorized person from entering the room after I left. I was extremely surprised that the electronic lock was deactivated, which means someone could easily had entered my room while I was still asleep or in the room and assaulted me. I attempted to let front desk aware of this grave safety concern, but there wasn’t anyone there so I departed; please be aware this hotel is liable civil and criminally if a customer get assaulted, if the electronic lock is deactivated prior to required check out time, which is at 11:00 AM. I will never at this hotel again.

Hall way smelt of cigarettes and mildew. If you need a place to go for cheap then this is your place. Other than that though staff was available after office hours if you have to check in late so that was very nice. Other then the clenliness and condition of the hotel and the rooms. Not a bad stay.

The pictures were deceiving. Basically the place is a cheap apartment sent up. Very sketchy. Bed was covered in a weird plastic. No air conditioning. If you want a cheap stay it’s what you are getting. Please think twice. If I could have seen the room before I would have asked for a refund. I would strongly advise to anyone considering staying here to pay more and go to another hotel.

Hotel from hell

This was a horrible experience. We lasted 5 hours. Will never be back. When we arrived we realized they have no front desk person 24/7 and when we got our key cards and went into the room there was someone else's urine in the toilet, food in the fridge, the screen in the window was ripped, people were smoking in the hal, feces on the wall. Then if that wasn't bad enough the door to the building was either broker or propped open and there was an active drug deal while we were there.
