Overall a good value
The room was clean. There is a decent restaurant at the property. I hated that there wasn't free wi-fi in the rooms. The area around the property is pretty sketchy, but the property is gated.

Container Villas
Reasonable expectations, needed more towel, the food and drinks were amazing at the restaurant, plenty of outlets for charging, mattress was uncomfortable, ubers were reasonably priced but the drivers were nervous enterinv the area at night, the abandoned mattresses and tires on the side street, the property was well kept, too cold for the pool or jaquzzi, the store needed more stock, we went to Walmart and bought groceries, please pit a microwave in every room no matter if its basic or an upgrade, overall great stay for the price

Very bad stay
My Hotels.com review: Ok. Where do I start? I guess I’ll start with terrible! Checking in we had key issues. That was understandable but, once I opened the room the pictures posted on Hotels.com didn’t do it much justice by a loooooonnnngggg shot! Out dated, scratched and chipped furnishings, bed mattress was of very poor condition, had a hard time closing the doors for safety reasons, bathroom had the worst water pressure than you can possibly imagine, no where to place suit cases, no one came to clean the room daily, no one came to bring clean towels so, I had to go to the front desk(while I had a chance it was open)and ask for clean towels. Front desk looked to retrieve clean towels and none was ready. I was promised that towels were going to be left in the room upon my arrival. NO TOWELS WERE THERE! Front desk was closed on my arrival back, so, I was forced to use old towels from the previous day. No back up toilet tissue in the room so, I had to get tissue from the front desk. I mean… straight FOOLERY at this point of my stay until I discoverd a drilled hole near the ceiling on my last day. I didn’t want to imagine what could’ve been going on with that hole! Now, you’re saying, “why didn’t you take pictures?” Well, i can assure you without a doubt that if you asked for the same room on the property you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about and possibly endure the same kind of service in the process. So, there’s NO WAY ON THIS GREEN EARTH I’LL BE RETURNING.

RV-Resort with Cabins and restaurant
The cabins are large but a bit run down and cleaning is a little below standard. Beds where however clean and extremely soft. The surrounding area is industrial and the Resort is primarily for RV's. It has a restaurant and a small shop plus a large guest laundry. Not a bad experience and price is good.

My husband and I thought we were booking a house book per the floating villa description. What we got was a low grade condo. Cleanish, there were some dirt spots on the pillows and blanket. Floor felt tacky when walking bare foot. Unlikely to stay again.

Unpleasant Experience
The villa barely had any water pressure. The water “dribbled” out of the handheld part of the shower. No water came out of the rain shower head at all. There wasn’t enough pressure to rinse your hair. We spoke to the office about it but nothing was done. They also didn’t give us enough towels for 2 people. We requested more but never got them. The walls are very thin between the villas and the neighbors came in at crazy hours and made tons of noise. The bed was bizarrely soft. You “sunk” into what felt like an air-filled mattress. The bedding didn’t smell freshly washed. There is nowhere to sit in the room other than on the bed. The villa we stayed in had a mini fridge that got everything wet in the fridge part from the freezer part melting and leaking. No microwave to reheat leftovers. You have to pay extra for WiFi.

There was a issue in our room. But once we reported. It was taken care of IMMEDIATELY! It was our 2nd time staying there. And we look forward to staying again. 15 mins from from the French Quarters.

It was OK. I feel like the towels and the linens were not clean. The bedding smelled like someone left it in the washer and bleach. The towels had other peoples body hair, stuck all in it. Had to have my key reset twice, possibly my fault but I don’t think it was both times because I was being careful to keep it away from my cell. The TV didn’t really work. The worst thing about it was it smelled like cheap cleaning supplies like Fabuloso gave me a migraine for the entire trip and made me nauseous. I was being poisoned in there. Smelled like a gas station bathroom. Never again. Also, you could like see mold along the shower bottom door it was like black. The toilet ran and it was loud and then same thing about the air conditioner. It had like water dripping out. Two stars because it was a cute little area and the people who worked there were nice.

Honeymoon in New Orleans
Stayed here for our honeymoon. The place is beautiful and very well maintained. Rooms very clean and bed was amazing! Villas right on the water and we were able to fish from our deck. Surrounding area is industrial but safe. Property is gated with 24 hr security. Restaurant on premesis. Definite hidden gem!! Maybe 15 mins from French Quarter.
