We spent 8 nights in this hotel, which basically is a business hotel belonging to a chain, so you get exacty what you expect from this kind of hotel: spotless room with soft lights, tv, room service etc...
Our room was spacious and the bed very confortable. Also, even if it may look far from the city centre, it is very easy to get to the Placa de Espana underground station, especially if you get out of the hotel from the garage exit instead of using the main entrance!
From there, you can easily reach Baixa in a 15-minutes-ride.
We didn't have breakfast included and it was very expensive to buy it directly (€12,50 per person), but we did on our last morning as we didn't have time to go out; I have to say, the breakfast buffet has a very wide selection of both sweet and savoury foods, all of the best quality!
On the bad side, I regret not having asked for a high floor room. We were at the first floor, right over the entrance and the taxi parking, and it made it quite noisy even if the room itself if pretty well insulated. Well, we could still hear the airplanes landing (like other reviews said), but other customers chatting just outside the window were much more annoying!
I would recommend this hotel anyway, just ask for a quiet room!
