Property is average with all the basic amenities. Neighbourhood is safe, good with a lot of food, gas and shopping options. Staff is not very friendly but I guess its because of the language difference. Overall, its worth the price.

Friendly and helpful staff Big rooms,and good air-condition. The only thing that i really dislike is the fact that the fridge cannot be used because they put in their drinks and if you even move any you will have to pay a leg and kidney. So ,I suggest remove your drinks and rice the temperature of the fridge. Other hotels left a bottle of water or so to welcome their guests and left clair that anything else you will have to ask and pay for it Thank

Nous avons apprécié l'hotel parce que les chambres sont spacieuses, trés propres...nous avons eu un problème de climatisation à notre arrivée mais le problème a été réglé le soir même, nous avons pu bénéficier d'une autre chambre ou tout s'est trés bien passé. le personne est à l'écoute. il n'y a pas beaucoup de places gratuites devant l'hotel, maison peut en trouver facilement à quelques mètres. Nous reviendrons dans cet hotel

Siempre con una sonrisa te atienden

El hotel está situado en la afueras de Madrid, por lo que tienes que tomar un Uber que te saldrá cerca de los 20 euros o tomas el transporte público y en 35 minutos llegas por menos de 5. Todas las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas y de buena calidad. Cabe destacar el servicio que fue inmejorable por parte de las personas que estaban en la recepción como Alexandra y su compañera de la mañana.
