It's a small room with the minimum you need to spend the night. Great location close to Tour Effiel, Metro, restaurants and local shops. We only use the room to spend the night so it was all needed. Only downside is you can hear the neighbors but for us were not a problem.

I had requested a twin room on booking & arrived to be allocated a double. Back at reception we then waited for a twin. The room was clean & beds comfortable although awkward as bathroom was not separated so we had to shower in the same room. Good facilities as a studio. Sadly loud when room next door and above occupied. Excellent location close to Eiffel Tower, metros, buses & restaurants.

Such a cute place. we booked for 4 persons and got 2 adjoining rooms which was so fantastic. We had little dining area and kitchenette with pots/pans etc so we ended up cooking our own breakfast and microwaving some dinners - so convenient. Within 1 block we had a pastry/sandwich/cafe place as well as a supermarket - so so very convenient. There was a buffet restaurant within 10 mins walking and the Eiffel tower could be seen within 12 mins walking as well. Lots of restaurant choices and other shopping around. We had portable AC units which required the window to be open - that could be fixed so that guests feel more safe during the night. Otherwise very cute place and overall great stay.

The great thing about this place is that its so close to the Eifel Tower and close to everything. The staff was super friendly also. But the room was small, way to hot, and had a water leak damage on the ceiling.

숙박객이 다들 한국인이어서 한국인지 프랑스인지 헷갈림 ㅋ 저렴한 가격에 맞는 숙소이며 그 이상을 원한다면 비싼곳을 알아보시길 르버스 하차후 10분정도 걸리며 주변에 대중교통 많아서 편리함 방에 커피포트는 없으니 참고하고 리셉션 직원들도 다들 친절함 캐리어도 보관 가능함

HOTEL MUY PEQUEÑO

el hotel es muy pequeño, en el elevador solo cabe una persona. solo hay staff de las 9 de la mañana a las 8 de la noche. si necesitas ayuda no hay nadie. No tiene restaurante, ni cajas de seguridad. Tiene una buena ubicación pero si solo buscas donde dormir, puede ser una opción, sin embargo si quieres tener mas servicios de un hotel normal, esa no es la opción.

Not Impressed

The location of the hotel was ok - a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and it had a lot of very nice local cafe's around where the food was fabulous, the room on the other hand was ok reasonably clean but there was a leak in the bathroom ad thick black mold on the ceiling as there was no extractor and no shower screen door so all of the water would be all over the floor. All so there was no tea or Coffee available in the room. It was ok i wouldn't go back.

Como positivo, destacaría que la chica de recepción intentó entendernos en todo momento e incluso ayudarnos, el chico mejor no hablamos, nefasto, solo sonreír y decir oui oui... aspectos negativos: en 5 días no nos barrieron la habitación, los dos últimos días ni si quiera ns hicieron la cama, un enchufe que no funciona que nos quejamos el primer día y aun podemos estar esperando al técnico y un largo etc... cabe destacar que tiene buena ubicación y que la camada es cómoda, por lo demás... si pasabas mucho rato en la ducha el agua salía fría...

This property is in a great location but that was the only thing in its favour. After checking in you have to negotiate a 3 man lift to gets your bags up the stairs. When we got into the room we found that half the bifold shower door was missing, so water went all over the floor. Their answer was to give us extra floor towels. One of the 2 draws from the desk was missing. Five lights were out. The receptionist fixed 2 and said the others would be fixed the next day. Four days later and still no go. With only one light in the bathroom, shaving & makeup up were by feel. The shower also needed a good clean as it had mildew around the bottom. I would not recommend a stay here.

We arrived in the afternoon to learn that they had canceled our reservation only four hours beforehand. The receptionist instantly raised her voice and tried to blame me for having not read my email (I was driving). The hotel claims to have had plumbing problems, but I saw no such evidence. The fact is that Paris was very booked and we were there only for the night and the hotel chose to cancel the short booking rather than others for their convenience. The hotel where they sent me was adjacent to Notre Dame and cost abou €40 less per night. One review after another called it dirty (in deed it was very dirty). When I asked to be refunded the difference between the two hotels, the receptionist began yelling at me that it was in a better neighborhood and I just didn’t understand. In fact, I did understand and I chose this hotel due to its location. She continued to argue with me about either reserving a clean hotel room or refunding the difference until I was tired and had to go because the reception at the dirty hotel near Notre Dame was about to close. Dirty or not, the other hotel was polite—never mind being on the 5th floor without an elevator. I’ve never left a negative review before, but this was warranted. This hotel may have been impolite, but it was clean and quiet, except for the receptionist who cannot accept responsibility for making an inferior substitution and giving short notice.

La location perfetta vicina alla Torre Eiffel

L'Aparthotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi di distanza dalla Torre Eiffel quindi è ideale per chi vuole trascorrere le serate passeggiando nei giardini della torre. Il personale si è mostrato molto preparato e attento al cliente. La lingua non è stata assolutamente un problema in quanto viene parlato un inglese fluente e facilmente capibile. La stanza era molto spaziosa, cosa non banale a Parigi. L'unica nota negativa è stata la mancanza della tendina/porta della doccia. Complessivamente io e la mia compagna siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e sicuramente prenderemo in considerazione questo hotel per un secondo viaggio a Parigi
