The property was very nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Some of the room service staff didn’t speak english very well but reception staff was able to translate so it wasn’t an issue. Only thing we didn’t like was the restaurant options. Most restaurants were closed due to the slow season so the was not many options and they were overpriced and the food was not worth the price. Breakfast buffet was $29 a person. They also include a 16% gratuity in your check. Other than the food, we really enjoyed our stay. We did rent a car and were able to find some great food options near the resort. The view of the El Yungue rainforest from the pool was priceless.

I loved how quiet this resort. It was very pretty and clean. The staff were very nice. Food was very expensive so I would suggest planning ahead to eat out. You will also need a car to get around the resort because it’s very huge. Hotel food was okay. But no complaints. I would book again.

We were a big family hence many bags but the process of transporting luggage to the room was great . Reception desk was helpful and kind. The resort is located by the beach . It’s a little sandy/rocky but beautiful waters. Their food was okay but we mostly ate out because of our excursions . All in all great place to go with family !

The property is beautiful. The meal options are not that good considering the price of the stay. The buffet breakfast is probably thde best meal option they have,but is quite pricey at 40 bucks after tax and charges. Staff was super friendly but we had to constantly ask fir wash cloths for our 6 night stay. Also the music at the pool area is simply horrible. It is not current or selective for the crowd

Amazing service and hospitality. So many amenities and activities to enjoy - we didn't get to try all of them! The level of cleanliness in the rooms and throughout the grounds impressed me. Definitely would recommend to family and plan to visit again! The food was excellent as well
