The booking system didn't work, they didn't respond to messages, we were tired from travelling and took 20min to check in. Not sure who is to blame, hotels.com or the hotel.
Anyway, room request was sorted, but the sofa bed was quite awful. A a mattress topper is needed for it, as the mattress is too thin/old.
Nice people at the front of house, nice gym, nice breakfast, but these two points make it pretty mediocre.
