We reserved the room with a package (flight, stay, rental car).
The door to our room was open when we arrived. We went inside and found that the beds had been used; towels had been used and thrown on the bathroom vanity.
The desk clerk said there were no more rooms available and housekeeping was not available to clean the room. She did encourage me to contact Expedia for a refund.
However…, it was near midnight and on a Friday in metro Boston. It took several hours and an extra $400 to get a hotel room, just for one night…frustrating, to say the least. Needless to say, I cannot offer anything positive about HoJo’s Quincy!
