Nice stuff, place was clean but ugly. Oh well we are 3rd world country now
Jan, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The facility was dated, but most importantly, perhaps the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept upon. Otherwise, facilities were acceptable and service was good.
Richard, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was clean, but smelled strongly of cleaning supplies. The water ran black for a few seconds but later learned this was normal for the area. Great location, decent price, half the outlets and lamps in the room were not functional- but we made do with it. Overall not a bad experience.
Amanda, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Strong odor of cleaning chemicals. Couch had a big torn on it. Should have been thrown away long time ago
James, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Catfished

Filthy and trashy place. Showed photos of a gym and nice amenities. This was not the case. This place was run down and trashy.
Rusty, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Cheap room, no breakfast

It would be okay for one overnight stay. Would not recommend extended stay. Cons - Not able to rest comfortably. First smoking outside (and inside) some rooms. There was an additional $20 a room for breakfast. Pros, employees were friendly Would not choose this hotel again.
2-night trip

6/10 Good

Just a typical industrial area. The rooms were clean, but in serious need of updating and repair. Wall paper and baseboards pealing off the walls. Water stains along the wall like it was flooded. The staff was nice and for the price was ok.
Josh, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

We got what we paid for with a bonus.

We got what we paid for with a small bonus. This place is pet friendly, though some of the customers, not so much. Friendly and helpful at the front desk. Pool had water (uncommon in the budget line) and was clean. Didn't swim as the weather we cold and rainy. Bonus, linens and towels were the cleanest I've ever seen in a budget hotel, rivales top tear in that respect. Also, quieter than most budget motels just off the highway. Walmart is just a walk up the hill and so is Vera Cruze Café.
Paul, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

This place was dirty and there was drug paraphernalia on the floor , tv didn’t work and no shower curtain either
1-night trip

6/10 Good

We attended an event and this hotel was conveniently located 4 minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful. We drove around the back to park just outside our room. We could see our car from the second floor. The outside smelled foul, there was bags of trash and cigarette butts everywhere. We walked inside and it looked okay. A bed is a bed. The couch is only a recliner. My son slept on it and as he pulled it out, it nearly fell apart. I would not recommend.
ELSA, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Terrible maintenance of the property

Wallpaper was peeling from the walls to the point it was hanging off. Several missing and/or cracked tiles from the flooring. An outlet in the vanity area didn't work. The large soaking-size bathtub would not hold water as the stopper was inoperable. The carpet outside the room was torn and had several wrinkles, including one at the top of the stairs that was a tripping hazard. Condensation from AC was caught with ice buckets precariously wedge under them.
2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible - gross and health concerns!!

In my room, there was substantial water damage on the ceiling in multiple places. There were countless disgusting stains around the room and it was in poor condition. There was evidence of likely mold and mildew in room, constituting health concerns. When I uncovered all of this a few days into my stay, I reported this to the hotel they said they would only move me to another room if I came to the front desk and signed a paper saying there was nothing wrong with my room and if I agreed to NOT report these concerns to the health department. They said if I agreed to those things that they would move me to another room for the rest of my stay. When I said I would indeed have to report these concerns to the health department they kicked me out and threatened to call the police. Both the front desk attendant and hotel manager were very rude, hostile, and were desperate to cover up the health issues with their hotel.
6-night trip

4/10 Fair

Very in need of updating and a good scrubbing.. The blanket and bedspread had holes in them and were super thin and old. The shower water pressure was awesome and the staff friendly at check in but definitely outdated and in need of upgrades
Barbara, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

We attended a concert down the road and this was closest hotel for us to the venue. It was a one night stay after a concert. We were tired so slept well! Didn’t like Roku because I’m just not familiar with using the remote. Did like the couch since it had the reclining feature for your feet. Coffee was good in the morning. We walked around stretching our legs and felt safe without issue! Walmart is just next door!
Donn, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights.

The room met all our demands. Clean, A/C worked. Shower was nice after a long-hot day working outside. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfy. Hallway was QUIET... Service was helpful. We were part of the Movie set titled: "The Chosen Season 6" filmed at The Salvation Army Hoblitzelle Camp.
Linda, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Absolutely love this one! Customer service is great, housekeeping does a good job, and I love the rooms here too. The pool is kept up and you can grill on the patio. The best part is I feel comfortable with my little ones here. We get waffles for breakfast and pool fun anytime we get the chance. Blessed 🙌 😇 🙏
