Upon arrival, the tile entrance to my room was very sticky. Although it had been cleaned, traces of a spill could still be seen in the entrance way and bathroom. I went back to the front desk to ask them if they could send someone to clean it, as it was grossing me out. They told me that the cleaning crew had gone home for the day, but that one of them would see if they could find a mop and see to it. After returning to my room later that night, the floor was cleaner, but still sticky. It remained so for the two days that I was there as rooms are cleaned every other day. Wasn't super thrilled about that but the rest of the room was clean and comfortable.
The off-site parking situation was a little confusing and if I hadn't have rung the bell for help upon leaving the garage I would have been charged again even though I had already paid at the hotel ahead of time.
The hotel is conveniently located and within easy walking distance of downtown attractions and the Kalamazoo Mall.
