Seedy part of town and trappers everywhere. Room stink like cigarettes and mold. Definitely the place to book if you’re looking to slum it - definitely not the place if you’re looking for comfort.

GM was super nice and friendly. Gave recommendations on local restaurants and was very attentive to needs of guests. Made conversation and was very welcoming when we arrived and the check in was smooth without any issues. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel had roaches, smelled very moldy and all the rooms smelled like cigarettes. When booking it states breakfast included they did not have anything. Bedding was dirty and stained I had to switch my first room and the second room the tv did not even work

We arrived to a room that smelled strongly of mold. The bathroom ceiling had obvious mold and water damage, the carpet was dirty, and then, to make matters even worse, the electricity went out. The room was so awful that we decided to leave and find a better place. Thankfully, we were able to get a refund, which we used to stay at #CountryInnAndSuites—and what a difference! Country Inn & Suites was absolute heaven compared to where we had just come from. Clean, comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we needed after such a terrible experience. ❤️ Sometimes a bad experience leads you to an even better place!

I'm actually not happy at that this room was even on Hotels.com. Stains everywhere dirty toilet, dirty shower, smelled like smoke. Stains on the bed and couch, baby roaches and blood stains on the box springs indicating a bedbug infestation. Wish I could get my money back!

The rooms were mostly clean, but a bit dusty. Also the shower curtain wouldn’t keep water off the floor because the rod was half off the wall. The staff was attentive and check in and dismissive in the pm and at check out. Did not use the laundry and parking was good

It was the worst experience this far. I stay often and this by far was completely unacceptable. The bath tub had mold, the paint on the bathroom door was peeling. The carpet was wet. The floor was nasty. There were 10 flies in the room. The tub was disgusting. When I complained to front desk he stated that the manager will be there in the morning. My husband went into the office the next morning to speak with management and the desk clerk was rude and nasty.

The staff were friendly, both the check-in person and maintenance person (TV was stuck on black/white dots and came to fix it). However, the room was not very clean and needs maintenance. Bathtub had peeling caulking/silicon and just a general sense of unclean. Not worth the price paid.

Our room was meant to be a non smoking, king size with a pull out couch, as our son has Asthma and is highly sensitive to mold/smoke. When we walked in our room smelled of cigarette smoke, we thought if we left the door open it might air it out enough for us to comfortably sleep as we had been driving for four hours and were exhausted. The pull out couch we intended to use for our child was full of chips and trash when we went to make the bed for sleep. The final straw was the mold in the bathroom, it was not an environment that was safe for our child and we immediately checked out and left. The front desk clerk asked if we were "sure" that we wouldn't be staying as we had just arrived. Unfortunately if 30 minutes being in the room was enough for our child to require medication for difficulty breathing due to his asthma, we were not comfortable staying. Do not recommend if you have medically compromised individuals.

Stayed here because there wasn't anywhere else to stay in town. The room, however, smelled strongly of cigarettes and had several burns in the comforter. The very kind gentleman at the front desk would have switched us to a different room, but they were completely full. Haven't stayed in a Super 8 in decades, so I think I will skip it next time.

When I was approaching the room, I noticed that the door was wide open. I called the front desk and the clerk stated that the housekeeper must've left it open to air out and there are no more rooms available. The room didn't smell like smoke so that didn't make any sense. And to say no more rooms were available is untrue. There were more curtains open (empty rooms) than closed.
