The area was incredibly sketchy, and the room reeked of smoke. However the ac worked great and the bed was incredibly comfortable. For a place to rest your head it gets the job done, other than the smell the room never felt dirty.

Seedy part of town and trappers everywhere. Room stink like cigarettes and mold. Definitely the place to book if you’re looking to slum it - definitely not the place if you’re looking for comfort.

GM was super nice and friendly. Gave recommendations on local restaurants and was very attentive to needs of guests. Made conversation and was very welcoming when we arrived and the check in was smooth without any issues. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel had roaches, smelled very moldy and all the rooms smelled like cigarettes. When booking it states breakfast included they did not have anything. Bedding was dirty and stained I had to switch my first room and the second room the tv did not even work

We stayed here for a couple of nights as a family of 5. The room fit us all comfortably and was clean and well-maintained. It wasn't a luxury experience, but it was exactly what we needed and the price was right.

We arrived to a room that smelled strongly of mold. The bathroom ceiling had obvious mold and water damage, the carpet was dirty, and then, to make matters even worse, the electricity went out. The room was so awful that we decided to leave and find a better place. Thankfully, we were able to get a refund, which we used to stay at #CountryInnAndSuites—and what a difference! Country Inn & Suites was absolute heaven compared to where we had just come from. Clean, comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we needed after such a terrible experience. ❤️ Sometimes a bad experience leads you to an even better place!

When we got into the room we did a little inspection of the beds just to be sure there were no bedbugs, used a black light and noticed a lot of stains/ bodily fluids on the sheets and mattress, also noticed stains of some sort on the walls. The beds were terrible quality, pull out didn't lay out flat. Sink faucet was out on upside down and cold/hot was reversed. The filter in the ac unit and the ac unit itself was not clean, the air quality was very dry and stuffy. As soon as I laid down to sleep I was immediately congested, didn't really sleep at all due to allergies .Was woken up at 8am by loud foreign music, went to the bathroom were I was greeted by roaches. I wouldn't stay here again and if we weren't so tired I would have immediately checked out. If you have allergy problems stay clear of this place.

I'm actually not happy at that this room was even on Hotels.com. Stains everywhere dirty toilet, dirty shower, smelled like smoke. Stains on the bed and couch, baby roaches and blood stains on the box springs indicating a bedbug infestation. Wish I could get my money back!

The rooms were mostly clean, but a bit dusty. Also the shower curtain wouldn’t keep water off the floor because the rod was half off the wall. The staff was attentive and check in and dismissive in the pm and at check out. Did not use the laundry and parking was good

Came and left without even staying the night me my mom sister and our kids found much better accommodations else where. there were boogers on curtains and walls and roaches and just not feeling Clean or safe with my daughter and neices went to Wyndham instead twice as much but 10 times better

Whatever you do, don't go here!!! So ghetto, bugs in rooms, dirty as hell. Yuck, didn't even stay 20 min and paid two hundred dollars for two nights. I left. Nope never again.
